  • Services may be offered in person or online, depending on client needs and availability.
  • Therapy is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend on client participation and commitment.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
  • Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to termination of services.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be communicated before the commencement of therapy.
  • Payment must be made in full before or immediately after each session unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments via online transfer, UPI, or other designated methods.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to engage respectfully and cooperatively in the therapeutic process.
  • Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide the best psychological support, we do not guarantee specific results.
  • We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by clients outside the therapy context.
  • Our services do not replace medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. If a client requires medical or psychiatric intervention, appropriate referrals will be suggested.

8. Emergency Situations

Beyond the Box with Bhakti does not provide emergency mental health services. If you are in crisis or require immediate support, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

9. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to discontinue services if the therapeutic process is not beneficial to the client or if there is a breach of these terms.
  • Clients may discontinue therapy at any time but are encouraged to discuss their decision with their therapist.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be informed of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
